Piraiki Center, as it is called, will be the first shopping center in an island, and in particular in Ermoupoli of Siros island. The shopping center is being developed in an industrial building which “TERLANA S.A” bought in 1993. It is important to be mentioned that the food company “LIDL HELLAS” has already bought a space (1.204 sq.m) and signed a contract, something which guarantees the number of visitors in the mall. The complex covers a total area of 7.500 sq.m and the basic available area for lease is 6.200 sq.m.

Piraiki Center will be the first industrial building which will turn into a shopping center, maintaining though its initial industrial structure, philosophy and character.

Infinity Services has undertaken the representation of Piraiki Center as a Development Consultant.
